形態特徵

• A glabrous, succulent herb, 4–6 cm high.
• Leaves opposite, reniform-orbicular, 5–10 mm long and wide, the margins slightly crenate; petioles 4–10 mm long.
• Cymes loosely few-flowered; flowers small, sessile or pedunculate; calyx-tube cup-shaped, 4-lobed, the lobes oblong, 3–4 mm wide, about 5 mm wide at maturity, the apex truncate-emarginate; stamens 8, very short; styles minute.
• Capsules compressedly conical. Seeds small, brown, ellipsoidal.

分布

• 台灣 : undergrowth of broad-leaved forests at medium altitudes in the northern part.
• 世界 : China.
